Jen Freeman has been serving Real Estate needs since 2007. She does not see Real Estate as a sales career but as a “service.” Serving her clients and meeting their needs is priority. Her experience in real estate covers Residential, Investment, Property Management, and Commercial Real Estate. Starting her career during a collapsed real estate market built perseverance, hard work ethic, and a broad knowledge of real estate and the different markets. Jen started Encompass Real Estate in early spring of 2019 as Principal Broker and Owner. Her desire for Encompass is to serve the NWA Community with her 3 fundamental values, Honesty, Excellent Customer Service, and Professional interactions. She has a Bachelors in Business from John Brown University out of Siloam Springs, AR.
Maggie Arevalo has been assisting Jen since 2016. She is bilingual, speaking Spanish and English. This allows Encompass to reach the Spanish speaking population as well. Maggie stands upon the fundamental Customer Service principals and provides Honest, Excellent, and Professional Service to all clients. Maggie is our Leasing and Showing Assistant, ensuring that all our rental properties are meeting high safety and clean standards. She quickly finds qualified new tenant to fill all our vacancies. Maggie moved to Arkansas from California and purchased her home through Jen. They have been a team ever since.
Virginia Winkler serves with great joy. She represent Encompass well with her big smile and deep Arkansas root. She quickly assists the entire team with the day to day needs that real estate professionals meet. Her dependable character is priceless. Virginia served the area as a teacher for many years and joined us after her retirement. She graduated from Missouri Southern in Joplin, Mo.
